Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Permanent Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for a Winchester, MA office. The role focuses on managing healthcare, biotech, and life science renovation projects, ensuring operations continue with minimal disruption.

You will plan, schedule, and lead project teams, coordinate with contractors, monitor budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Excellent client communication and a track record of delivering complex occupiable spaces are required.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in life science, healthcare, or MEP construction.
• Well spoken and able to communicate with clients.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules and work plans.
• Ability to track project costs, timelines, and progress.
• Experience coordinating contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clear project updates and action items.
• Experience reviewing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from initial planning through completion.
• Set project schedules, track progress, and address issues that could affect delivery.
• Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, contractors, and project partners.
• Review project plans and priorities to keep work aligned with agreed scope and timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and report on costs, progress, and key decisions.
• Lead project meetings and communicate next steps to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and status updates.
• Help deliver construction work that meets project requirements and agreed deadlines.
