Job summary

Avid Solutions is seeking an entrepreneurial Project Manager focused on Business Development to lead client initiatives in a hybrid RTP setting with travel as needed. You will manage projects, uncover opportunities with clients, and shape solutions to drive growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, translates operational challenges into actionable plans, and collaborates with engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Life Sciences project management with business development experience.
• Bachelor of science degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in project management techniques, risk management, scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to engage clients at manufacturing sites to identify needs and opportunities.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with execution team to deliver project tasks and manage risks.
• Travel to client sites to assess projects and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Manage deliverables such as specifications, drawings, and test protocols.
• Monitor scope, budget, and schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Draft project management plans, track changes, and interface with clients.
• Attend staff and client review meetings and assist estimating teams.
