Job summary

R3 Lithium is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple capital projects at its Covington, Georgia facility. You will oversee from concept through startup, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with engineering, procurement, operations, and external contractors.

The role requires a proven leader with 10–15 years in chemical, petrochemical, or heavy industrial settings, a track record on projects >$100 million, and expertise in PSM, HAZOP, and EPC/EPCM

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of project management in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects >$100 million.
• Experience guiding projects through concept to startup lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of PSM, HAZOP, OSHA, and capital project methodologies.
• Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple capital projects ranging from $5 million to over $100 million in total portfolio value.
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with production requirements.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and govern the portfolio.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, quality, safety, and risk metrics.
• Oversee FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams and external EPC/EPCM contractors; review deliverables and specs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and develop budgets exceeding $100 million.
• Maintain capital forecasting and expenditure tracking; manage change controls.
