Job summary

Leopardo Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our busy Chicago team. This role supports Estimating, Project Management and Field Operations, with a structured training plan to progress toward estimator, project manager, or superintendent roles.

As part of Leopardo's project management team, you will learn and contribute across bidding, scheduling, procurement and documentation while gaining exposure to LEED and BIM processes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or architecture related fields.
• Prior project Engineer or intern experience preferred; field and/or estimating experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling software, financial comprehension and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of LEED and BIM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve goals for overhead, profit, general conditions and client satisfaction.
• Track detailed master construction schedule and update critical dates.
• Coordinate pre, weekly and post-construction meetings and prepare minutes.
