Job summary

MTSI seeks a Program Manager SME with deep expertise in International Architecture and Export Control to support AFLCMC/WA at Wright‑Patterson AFB, Ohio. The successful candidate will lead international program integration and technology transfer across Fighters and Advanced Aircraft programs, ensuring compliance with export controls.

You will liaise with DoD acquisition teams, manage cross‑platform coordination, and guide programs through international requirements, test planning, and logistics

Qualifications

• Twenty years of DoW work experience.
• At least three years in SAP and/or SCI within the last five years.
• MS/MA or MBA (or equivalent) in management, business, accounting, finance, logistics, or STEM; or BS/BA with 25 years of relevant DoW experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoW acquisition processes and analytical methods to support program managers and ICT leads.
• Support cross‑functional coordination to align capability efforts across platforms.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions related to acquisition effectiveness and cross‑platform integration.
• Draft acquisition documentation that supports ICT objectives and enterprise alignment.
• Coordinate IMS development and ensure dependencies reflect ICT activities across platforms.
• Monitor information assurance activities related to classified networks and report status.
