Job summary

Dropzone AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Integrations & Platform, remote in the US. You will own two squads responsible for getting Dropzone to work on day one and scale post-deployment, collaborating with SOC analysts, MSSPs, and platform admins to close data gaps and deliver self-serve enterprise capabilities.

You will define outcomes, drive discovery, and shape the product operating model, reporting to the Head of Product.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with focus on platform/integration product where customers are technical.
• Experience shipping in security, observability, data infrastructure, or adjacent domains.
• Demonstrated discovery practice and ability to uncover customer needs before shipping.
• Track record of outcome-based roadmaps driving measurable customer behavior.
• Comfort saying no to customer requests and explaining rationale to accounts.
• Strong written communication, often consumed by stakeholders not in meetings.
• Habit of distinguishing facts from inferences and owning a problem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product lead in two cross-functional trios with engineering and design, owning customer problems and outcomes.
• Lead discovery with SOC analysts, MSSP operators, and platform admins; talk to customers weekly.
• Define and instrument metrics per customer to show full signal estate coverage.
• Run integration prioritization by reconciling requests from sales, customer success, and telemetry.
• Decide which integration categories to build/partner with, and document reasoning.
• Turn admin/tenant/audit/workflows into self-serve enterprise product with governance controls.
• Own the response action surface with a maturity model: propose, preview, approve, execute, verify, learn.
• Ship in small increments with measured impact and clear accountability.
• Contribute to the product operating model for discovery, prioritization, and release.
