Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility, and transportation infrastructure projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor.

The role involves full lifecycle delivery, strong FDOT coordination, and collaboration with consultants and contractors in a fast-growing market. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of relevant experience, working knowledge of FDOT standards, and a background in CMAR or design-build delivery.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, plus Bluebeam
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from planning to closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans
• Coordinate utility relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams
• Handle change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration
• Maintain relationships with FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners
