Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior Product Manager for Industrial Drives (VFDs) to lead North American strategy, growth initiatives, and commercialization for a flagship portfolio. You will shape the roadmap by gathering customer insights, coordinating with distributors and global teams, and driving strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in industrial/technical environments
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and lifecycle strategies
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies from customer/market insights
• VOC activities and cross-functional leadership experience
• Strong communication/presentation skills and ownership mindset
• Ability to travel domestically ~25%

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and direction for a flagship VFD portfolio in North America
• Drive Voice of Customer initiatives and inform future product development
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, sales, engineers, and global product teams
• Identify growth opportunities and build business cases for investment
• Influence product positioning, portfolio decisions, pricing, and commercialization
• Work across executive, engineering, and commercial teams to broaden portfolio impact
