Job summary

A leading health insurance company is seeking a Senior Manager for Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions. This remote role involves owning end-to-end plan outcomes, leading design, execution, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product management, particularly in health insurance, along with strong skills in data analysis using Excel and SQL. Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in IFP and Employer-Subsidized products.
• 5+ years of management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• 4+ years of experience owning plan design and regulatory filings.
• 3+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plan design focusing on benefits and cost-sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for market filings.
• Conduct quality assurance and readiness reviews post-launch.
• Partner with Market Directors to monitor performance after launch.
• Drive corrective actions for underperformance in plans.
