Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own and accelerate consumer growth and retention experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics and AI to drive personalized journeys, and partner with engineering to rapidly test and launch optimized experiences.

The role emphasizes a data-driven mindset, ownership, and the ability to translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products while using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
At least 5 years of Digital Product Management experience, 2+ in consumer-facing PM.
At least 3 years of SQL for data analysis and product monitoring.
At least 2 years of Product Growth experience (acquisition, activation, retention).

Responsibilities

Own and accelerate consumer growth and retention experiences across Shopping's product journeys.
Leverage data analytics to build personalized, cross-channel experiences and measure ROI.
Collaborate with engineering in a cross-functional capacity to rapidly test and launch optimized experiences.
Own business cases, prioritization, and monitoring with SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
