Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Southern Oregon-based general contractor. The role requires leading major ground-up commercial projects, managing budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior staff.

Projects cover education, healthcare, and other commercial sectors with limited overnight travel. The position offers a salary in the $120,000–$150,000+ range, DOE, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and a company

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience on commercial projects.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage commercial construction projects valued at $10M–$30M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, cost forecasting, profitability, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Manage owner contracts, subcontractor agreements, procurement, and change orders.
• Build and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Oversee ground-up construction projects in education, healthcare, public works, and other commercial sectors.
• Coordinate with superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify risks, resolve problems independently, and protect project profitability.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and junior PMs.
