GPAC is partnering with a leading construction industry company to fill an opening for Senior Project Manager/Estimator in Oregon. The role focuses on managing commercial projects from inception to completion, preparing estimates and budgets, and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in commercial projects, strong project management, excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial projects.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with project estimating software.

Responsibilities
