Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior PMT to lead the vision and execution for FBA Identity, transforming how products are identified, tracked, and fulfilled across Amazon's global fulfillment network.

You will own the product strategy, coordinate with four engineering organizations, and drive a platform-wide shift enabling a single product to be represented as multiple independently fulfillable units. This role collaborates with senior leadership to align priorities and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Experience in engineering discussions about technology decisions.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing customers and stakeholders in exec prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for modernizing inventory identity across global fulfillment network.
• Drive cross-organization alignment across four engineering organizations.
• Design guardrails, rollout plans, and structured pilots.
• Write business cases and technical requirements for investments.
• Shape the AI-accelerated execution strategy.
• Represent FBA in cross-VP goal-setting and resource commitments.
