Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for FBA Identity to lead a multi-year platform transformation in how inventory is identified, tracked, and fulfilled across the global fulfillment network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for modernizing how Amazon identifies and tracks physical products across its global fulfillment network.
• Translate a multi-year platform transformation into concrete, shippable milestones that deliver incremental business value at each stage.
• Drive cross-organization alignment across four engineering organizations that each own critical pieces of the architecture.
• Design guardrails, reversible rollout plans, and structured pilots that let us move fast without breaking the network.
• Write the business case and technical requirements to quantify trade-offs across seller experience, fulfillment cost, and operational complexity.
• Shape the AI-accelerated execution strategy and identify where AI reduces timelines.
