Job summary

Highbeam in New York City is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Global Banking & Stablecoins. You will design products that let US and international customers receive, hold, and pay in multiple currencies, including stablecoins, leveraging new banking infrastructure.

You’ll lead the global accounts surface, define flows, work with compliance, drive adoption and revenue from deposits, FX, and cross-border payments. This role requires hands-on product building in fintech.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years PM experience
• Has shipped cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, or stablecoin products
• Fluent in money movement and rails (ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, FX)
• Experience with sponsor banks, BaaS providers, or payments partners
• Knowledge of KYB/KYC, AML, and US stablecoin regulation
• Strong product builder: writes specs, QA, ships end-to-end
• Comfortable with AI tools for iteration and validation
• Bonus: experience with international sellers, marketplaces or ecommerce brands
• Bonus: engineering background

Responsibilities

• Own the global accounts surface: multi-currency wallets, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, cross-border payouts
• Decide how stablecoins appear in customer experiences
• Ship cross-border supplier payments faster than SWIFT
• Define funds flows by entity type and corridor with KYB onboarding and protections
• Drive adoption and monetization: deposits, FX, cross-border revenue, card/payments
• Run customer insight loops with brands and international sellers
• Contribute to product narrative for global expansion
• Expand to broader fintech offerings after global accounts are built
