Salesforce is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Record to Report. You will own the short- and long-term vision, roadmaps, and outcomes, partnering with controllership, tax, treasury and revenue recognition teams to transform finance processes.

Lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into stories, and drive solutions across global delivery partners to maximize business value and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years implementing Core Financials.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 8–12 years IS experience.
• Expertise in cloud ERP products such as Oracle / SAP / Workday for end-to-end Invoice to Cash and Record to Report.
• Experience with global enterprise system implementations and solution architecture.
• Experience with Finance system implementation for large companies.
• Experience with process improvement or transformation.
• Ability to make decisions on technology strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a product roadmap with projects, features, and initiatives.
• Influence priorities at the roadmap level based on business themes.
• Plan with the scrum team and manage delivery.
• Ensure delivery to plan and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with business and IT to prioritize sprint work.
• Work with engineers and BSAs on product delivery.
• Communicate scope, status, and questions with the business.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with partners.
