Job summary

JRG Partners, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator with 5–7 years of commercial construction experience to lead mixed-use projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will handle estimating, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and full project execution.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and field personnel, and ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance using Procore.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
• Experience managing mixed-use commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and construction methods.
• Procore proficiency for project management and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and competitive bid estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Manage commercial projects from contract award through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation using Procore.
• Monitor project costs, schedule performance, and overall project profitability.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling software.
