Job summary

SCS Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Orlando area to lead civil, environmental, and stormwater projects. The role emphasizes strengthening client relationships, mentoring staff, and delivering quality work with a focus on profitability and safety.

The position may offer hybrid flexibility but is expected to be located in the Orlando office, with opportunities to collaborate across SCS national experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field of engineering is required; Civil, Environmental, Geological, or Geotechnical preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of related work experience; environmental consulting experience preferred.
• FL P.E. registration or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in Orlando area with focus on stormwater and development projects.
• Engage with clients, assess needs, and develop tailored proposals; manage staff and ensure profitability.
• Coordinate staff, review RFPs, and support business development and client relationships.
