Vertical Insure in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Product Manager to own one or more insurance verticals end-to-end, collaborating across Sales, Strategy, Implementation, Marketing, Engineering, and Insurance teams.

You will lead revenue and partner metrics, define roadmaps, and maintain a comprehensive playbook while learning how embedded insurance fits partner workflows. This hybrid role requires local presence in Minneapolis, with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, owning a product line end to end.
• Ability to learn a new industry quickly and speak its language with long-time practitioners.
• Track record of growing a live product through conversion, pricing, and experimentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the scorecard for each vertical: revenue, attach and conversion rates, partner activations, and margin.
• Set the vertical roadmap and drive cross-company alignment as priorities shift.
• Maintain the vertical playbook: coverage types and carriers, channel nuances, partner history, test results, and rationale behind decisions.
• Learn how platforms in your vertical go to market and identify buyer problems and value narratives.
• Define underwriting requirements, coverage structure, pricing assumptions with Insurance team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and partners to sell the offer within customer workflows.
• Run experiments on pricing, packaging, messaging and ship what wins.
