Job summary

PHIL is seeking a Senior Director of Product, Coverage to own the end-to-end coverage engine and the platform prerequisites it runs on, including EHR, payer, and partner integrations. This GM-level role focuses on increasing patient coverage and accelerating start of therapy while ensuring scalable, compliant operations.

You will set strategy, lead discovery, and prioritize initiatives across product, engineering, and operations, working with cross-functional partners to improve patient access

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with focus on strategy and outcomes.
• Experience defining and driving product strategy in complex, regulated domains.
• Proven track record of owning business outcomes end to end like a GM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coverage product and roadmap (verification, prior authorization, appeals).
• Define strategy, requirements, and prioritization with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships and integrations with EHRs, payers, and networks.
• Set KPIs, SLAs, and monitor performance across coverage initiatives.
