Wistron is seeking a seasoned product manager to drive advanced product development. You will lead strategic planning, market research, and positioning to align with business objectives.
You\'ll manage a cross-functional product development team, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure requirements are clearly defined and communicated to customers with technical solutions. Strong PLM/NPI experience is required.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of PM experience in the electronics industry.
- Experience with server products is a plus.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Deep familiarity with PLM and NPI processes.
Responsabilidades
- Responsible for strategic planning and execution for the advanced product development unit, including market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
- Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring progress and quality control of product development.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and goal attainment.
- Confirm requirements and communicate with customers, providing technical support and solutions.
