Job summary

Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities organization seeks a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own the internal online presence for GREF’s Digital Workplace Experience. You will drive strategy, define requirements, and partner with engineering and UX to deliver new tools that improve Amazonians’ daily workplace support.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to set the north star for the digital workplace, balance fast-paced delivery with quality, and measure impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Amazon’s online support model and digital workplace experience.
• Develop differentiated product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UI/UX on product definition and feature implementation.
• Define and optimize the launch plan for new product(s) with stakeholders.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for success and product performance.
• Develop product requirements by working backwards from the customer.
