Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of a 0 to 1 digital twin platform for GREF Internal Tools. You will own the product strategy, drive cross-functional delivery, and consolidate data into a single source of truth for portfolio data across global facilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Develop the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a 0 to 1 digital twin platform.
Define the product architecture for real-time monitoring across the global facility footprint.
Build predictive maintenance capabilities using IoT data and AI.
Develop simulation tools to model space layouts and capacity plans.
Own energy and cost management features to monitor performance and reduce waste.
Consolidate data sources into a centralized platform serving as the single source of truth.
Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, and stakeholders on product definition and delivery.
Establish metrics and KPIs for success.
Develop product requirements by working backwards from the customer.
