Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical, Digital Twins to lead the development of GREF’s digital twin capabilities for its internal tools. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop the end to end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a 0 to 1 digital twin platform that creates a continuously updated digital representation of GREF's physical real estate portfolio.
• Define the product architecture for real time monitoring of environmental conditions, space utilization, and equipment health across GREF's global facility footprint.
• Build predictive maintenance capabilities that leverage IoT data and AI to detect equipment anomalies and trigger intervention before failures occur.
• Develop simulation and scenario modeling tools that enable stakeholders to evaluate changes to space layouts, capacity plans, and facility configurations before committing resources.
• Own energy and cost management product features that monitor facility performance, surface inefficiencies, and drive measurable reductions in operational waste.
• Consolidate fragmented data sources, disconnected vendor systems, and manual spreadsheets into a centralized platform that serves GREF's single source of truth for portfolio data.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, UI/UX, and stakeholders across GREF on product definition, launch planning, and cross functional delivery.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators for success.
• Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer.
