Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Digital Brokerage & Investing Experience. This role drives the evolution of our digital brokerage, Stock Plan Services, and native investing capabilities within the Empower ecosystem.

You will shape the strategy for connecting Personal Dashboard with OptionTrax and Pershing NetX Investor experiences, delivering cohesive journeys for customers across workplace equity and personal investing.

Qualifications

Experience building and leading complex digital consumer financial products.
Directly relevant experience with digital brokerage, stock plan services, or investing products.
Strong understanding of customer journeys in brokerage and equity compensation.
Experience translating complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

Refine the vision and roadmap for Empower’s digital brokerage experience across platforms.
Collaborate to connect Personal Dashboard, Stock Plan Services via OptionTrax, and Pershing NetX Investor experiences.
Identify opportunities to reduce fragmentation across platforms for a cohesive user journey.
Own end-to-end experiences for stock plan participants, including equity awards and holdings.
Translate regulatory and operational requirements into simple customer experiences.
Partner with engineering, design, operations, and compliance from discovery to launch and optimization.
Define measures of success across adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
Lead product lifecycle from discovery through iteration.
