Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to run our most prominent design-build projects in both public and private sectors. This full-time role demands leadership, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring project success from inception through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks or issues; ensure profitability.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Assist in project closeout, including punch lists and final payments.
