Binance is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead core derivative trading product management, focusing on spot margin. You’ll shape roadmaps, write PRDs, user stories and guide cross-functional teams to launch features.

You will analyse markets, prioritize with engineering and QA, and drive successful product milestones in a fast-paced, Agile environment within a remote-first company that values collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with financial trading systems.
• Knowledge of margin and futures products in trading platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead core derivative trading product management, focusing on spot margin.
• Drive development of product roadmaps, feature backlogs and PRDs.
• Prioritize development with engineering, assist in technical implementation choices, coordinate QA and manage launches.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Manage cross-functional communication to ensure product milestones are met and quality is upheld.
