Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with supply or demand planning (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, etc.).
• Experience developing planning models for new product introduction (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Develop planning models for NPIs driving alignment across product categories and establishing optimized inventory strategies.
• Own supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs while maintaining/improving service levels.
• Establish methods (e.g., statistical models, processes, and software tools) to evaluate the supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand and develop inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.
• Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross‑functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to procure materials and ensure availability to fulfill customer needs while driving operational efficiency.
