Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Program Manager III for Capacity Planning within Google Cloud.

You will coordinate capacity planning activities across product portfolios, analyze usage data, and drive long-term demand forecasts in collaboration with account teams. The role requires strong program management skills, experience in capacity planning, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, and professional services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in supply or demand planning within supply chain management (e.g., forecasting, supplier management, inventory management, capacity management).
Experience working with supply chain analytics (e.g., scripting, dashboards, forecasting).

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination of capacity planning activities for Google Cloud AI/ML product portfolios.
Analyze customer usage patterns and lead consensus demand planning with account teams to build long-term forecasts.
Identify and mitigate capacity bottlenecks through proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Lead regular capacity review meetings to align objectives with technical capabilities.
Design and implement tooling and automation with Google Cloud engineering teams to improve operational excellence.
