Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Project Manager to ensure safety and quality on site, participate in bidding, and serve as the client’s primary contact. You will lead a team of PMs, engineers, superintendents, and admin staff, driving profitability through tight schedule control and effective subcontract management.

Travel up to 20% and a strong focus on leadership, communication, and problem solving will help you succeed in fast-paced, data center and light industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction operations experience with data center or related projects.
• Bachelor degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong leadership and client/team communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budget and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and quality programs on the site.
• Participate in bidding and pre-construction services.
• Serve as client primary contact and maintain trust with owners, architects, engineers, subs.
• Manage performance of project team including PMs, Engineers, Superintendents, admins.
• Maintain budget and schedule to protect profitability.
• Execute subcontracts, purchase orders, invoices, change orders; negotiate with client.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistants.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Construction and Zero Punch Lists.
