Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the construction of a major data center project in Texas. You will lead all phases, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and PMO compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams across fiber, telecom, and data center facilities.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience, PMP/Six Sigma/Agile/SCRUM credentials preferred, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, ERP systems, and cloud PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certifications in PM or Agile are preferred (PMP, Six Sigma, SCRUM).
• 5+ years of program management experience, on-site leadership a plus.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure programs (fiber, telecom, data centers).
• Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and team-building skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, ERP systems, and cloud-based PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the data center construction program from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and PMO standards across teams.
• Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications for high-profile projects.
• Travel as needed up to 20% to support on-site leadership.
