Qualifications

• 6+ years managing architecture projects from design through construction (custom or high-end residential).
• BArch or MArch degree required.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Suite, Enscape.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure required.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of 3–5 active custom home and renovation projects, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Lead meetings, set expectations, and translate technical decisions into plain language.
• Coordinate consultants, engineers, and builder partners to align documents, budgets, and timelines.
• Track schedules and fee budgets and lead support staff in delivering project drawings throughout the process.
• Review submittals and RFIs during construction; visit site to confirm design intent.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain studio process.
