Accounting Search is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home construction in Fredericksburg, VA. The role requires overseeing multiple residential projects concurrently, directing on-site teams, and maintaining close communication with owners to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in New Construction, demonstrated ability to manage 5–10 active projects, and strong team-building and client communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in custom residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (5-10) at one time with budgets $390k–$550k+.
• 5+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple custom residential projects simultaneously (5–10).
• Coordinate with owners/clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to site teams; support estimating and back-office functions.
