• Managing multiple projects (5-10) simultaneously with costs $390k–$550k.
• 5+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

• Oversee 5–10 custom residential projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align designs, schedules and quality standards.
