Job summary

Sora Resource Group in Petersburg, VA seeks a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent for new custom-home construction. You will oversee design hand-off, selection processes, safety, and final closeout, ensuring top-quality delivery.

You will manage 8–10 projects concurrently, regulate budgets, and coordinate with customers to maximize satisfaction. Competitive compensation around $100K+ DOE with bonuses, plus car/phone allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time.
• 4-5+ year track record of successful site-operations & project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Good team-building skills and excellent communications with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
