Job summary

Martin Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for its Critical Projects Group in Dallas, TX. The role entails leading multiple commercial concrete projects from preconstruction to closeout and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

You will collaborate with operations leadership, field teams, and clients to ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met across diverse critical-infrastructure projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commercial concrete construction projects.
• Ability to mentor and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Managers and General Superintendent to ensure adherence to company protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate pay requests and schedules of values; monitor budgets and costs.
• Perform job cost analysis and monitor financial performance of projects.
• Communicate with executive leadership to align on strategic programs and goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets and expenses; monitor schedules, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members; foster growth and retention.
• Build long-term client relationships and serve as primary liaison on complex issues.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance throughout execution.
