Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the CoreUX to redefine the app experience, from home screen to design system, ensuring a seamless, AI-enhanced user journey. You will lead the CoreUX to own end-to-end experiences, drive metrics, and collaborate across engineering, design, and analytics to ship impactful features.

You will shape strategy, run experiments, and align with company goals like wage access adoption, with a hybrid Mountain View role requiring in-office presence two days

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology company.
• Strong product/design sense with emphasis on craft and growth metrics.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own home screen and core navigation, ML-driven improvements.
• Establish feedback loops with community and surface issues.
• Communicate vision, roadmap, and results to team and executives.
• Define OKRs and stretch goals aligned to company objectives.
• Collaborate with Design to evolve the design system across surfaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and scale core surfaces.
