Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Consultant to lead global CI initiatives across Demand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics. You will apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to drive improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape multi-year strategies for complex programs.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years in supply chain roles, with Black Belt and ERP SAP/BW experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related technical field.
• 8–10 years minimum experience in supply chain roles.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Certifications: PMP, APICS CPIM or APICS CTSC (preferred).
• Strong ERP competency: SAP/BW.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership in the design and implementation of improvements and best practices across multiple functions.
• Coordinate with SMEs, IT and Data groups to implement ERP/SC initiatives.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma to drive process improvements and project management.
• Lead change management and ensure projects meet time, cost and scope targets.
• Draft charters for improvement projects with defined benefits and milestones.
• Support site and business strategies including supply chain transformations.
