Job summary

World Market is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead large supply chain improvement initiatives across our distribution network. You will apply data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute projects that enhance efficiency and service levels.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain, Lean Six Sigma familiarity, and strong data skills with Tableau/SQL/Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field; MBA/SCM a plus.
• 4 years of supply chain or related experience.
• LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver supply chain projects.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging data and partnerships.
• Create and report KPIs, drive process improvements.
• Travel up to 50% and support Windsor VA or Stockton CA locations.
