Job summary

Swoop Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to set strategy and lead execution across content platform and email CRM for MyHealthTeam. You will shape a scalable content model and drive editorial workflows to improve speed, quality, and member discovery.

In this role, you’ll partner with Content, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Data to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and raise the product quality bar across the organization. This position offers hybrid work in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform or systems-heavy products.
• Experience with CMS platforms, editorial tools, or content discovery products.
• Strong collaboration with editors, engineers, design, and marketing.
• Proven ability to translate workflow pain into product opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for content platform and email CRM.
• Evolve content model to support personalized experiences.
• Build scalable tooling for faster editorial publishing and consistent presentation.
• Design systems for structured data powering recommendations and search.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on rendering systems and CMS capabilities.
• Lead through influence and align stakeholders without authority.
