Job summary

Swoop is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the content platform and email CRM initiatives, shaping strategy and execution across MyHealthTeam and Nimble-backed content experiences. You will drive scalability, editorial quality, and member discovery across channels.

You will partner with Content, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to build editorial tooling, improve speed, and elevate personalization. This role can be U.S. remote or hybrid (two days a week in San Francisco).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience leading platform or multisided products.
• Experience with CMS platforms, page builders, editorial tools, or publishing workflows.
• Strong collaboration with editorial and operational teams to translate workflow pain into product opportunities.
• Ability to define strategy, set roadmaps, and prioritize investments across content and email programs.
• Experience turning manual processes into scalable, reusable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the content platform and discovery systems.
• Evolve the content model to support richer, personalized article experiences.
• Build scalable tooling to speed editorial publishing with consistency.
• Create platform capabilities enabling content reuse and automated updates across sites.
• Improve time-to-publish, content quality, discoverability, and member engagement with data-driven insights.
• Lead email CRM strategy and workflows to improve deliverability, targeting, and personalization.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on rendering systems, CMS capabilities, and admin tooling.
