Silicon Desert Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor projects in the United States. The role emphasizes establishing an execution framework aligned to contract requirements while safeguarding safety, quality, value, timeliness, and company profitability.

Qualifications

• Accredited four year science or business degree and ten years of work-related experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of production, equipment engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering aspects of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Establish an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability.
• Demonstrate successful performance as project manager on at least two medium to large projects or significant roles on large improvement projects.
• Engage in project controls including scheduling, risk assessment, work breakdown structure, change management and estimating processes.
• Travel extensively to site locations to support project execution.
• Participate in sales and marketing efforts.
