Confidential Recruiting Partners seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial restoration and reconstruction projects involving fire, water, storm, wind, and other property-loss events.

You will drive projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance, while coordinating subcontractors, clients, and insurance-related requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Experience managing large commercial construction, restoration, reconstruction, or repair projects.
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes and claim-related project execution.

Mansioni

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from kickoff through closeout.
