Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial and residential construction operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage project schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation across multiple job sites.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to maintain execution excellence.
• Communicate transparently with clients, architects, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Review blueprints and scope docs to ensure compliance with quality guidelines.
• Implement proactive cost-control measures and track project financials.
