Maman Corp in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling discipline, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and managing procurement, costs, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred.
