Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Interiors and Laboratory Construction in Phoenix. You will own high‑impact projects from concept to completion, leading a team of PMs, engineers, and coordinators while developing client relationships and securing new work.

Responsibilities include creating bids, budgets, schedules, and coordinating with architects, subs, and clients. Strong leadership and estimating skills are essential for profitability and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction experience, supervising project staff.
• Laboratory space renovation experience (chemistry, biology, vivarium, cGMP, electronic labs, clean rooms) preferred.
• Experience managing medium to large, complex, or multiple simultaneous projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids, budgets and respond to formal RFPs.
• Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations and building assessments.
• Develop site logistics plans and detailed project schedules with superintendents.
• Serve as the client point of contact and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement, cost management, and change control during projects.
• Lead weekly project meetings with clients and subcontractors; manage punch lists and project closeout.
