Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial interior, retail, and financial institution construction projects in New Jersey. You will independently manage schedules, budgets, estimating, and client relationships while delivering 3–4 concurrent projects valued between $1M and $5M.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore; occasional site visits from the Scotch Plains office are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering 3-4 concurrent projects valued $1M-$5M.
• Ability to independently manage schedules and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple commercial projects.
• Manage 3-4 concurrent projects while controlling schedule, budget and quality.
• Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, buyout and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders and reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and contract adherence.
