Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects, with a primary focus on Publix retail builds and remodels.

You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across site activities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial and industrial construction
• Experience managing Publix retail builds or similar national grocery/retail projects
• Strong leadership and multi-discipline team management skills
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and quality control
• Experience administering contracts, change orders, RFIs, and field documentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to present status and recommendations to leadership
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Nice-to-have: OSHA 30, PMP, Procore experience, and familiarity with budgets, RFIs and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects with a focus on Publix builds and remodels
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate multi-discipline teams
• Prepare, monitor and control project budgets and forecasts; identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate subcontractors to meet milestone dates
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, scopes of work, and insurance requirements
• Oversee site safety and quality assurance programs and compliance
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews; resolve field questions quickly
• Utilize project management tools (Procore knowledge a plus) for reporting and recordkeeping
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans; communicate with senior leadership
• Mentor and lead project teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices
