Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, particularly structural concrete.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within set time frames and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Review project costs weekly to align with budget constraints.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage PCO process and oversee project procurement.
