Job summary

ANF Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager in South Florida to oversee the successful delivery of complex construction projects. The role focuses on coordinating design, procurement, field operations, and owner relations to meet time and cost objectives for early-2026 starts.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of PM experience with GC exposure, solid budgeting and scheduling skills, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent construction management experience.
• Experience leading project teams and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop bidding strategies and review subcontracts for project completion.
• Coordinate design development with owner and preconstruction.
• Plan and staff field offices with leadership and objectives.
• Monitor schedule, budget and cost reports to keep projects on track.
• Identify new work opportunities and support business development.
